In some cases you will need a referral from your GP. There are however also insurances which do not require a referral. Your policy should make this clear.

As I am having a solo praxis it is not always possible to contact me directly. If I am not available you will have the possibility to leave a message by voicemail. The most practical manner for contact is by writing an email to: info@expatpsych.ch

Canceling an appointment:
If you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask you to phone or email as soon as possible. Preferably at least 24 hours in advance.
